Her journey began in the public sector, serving as a paralegal in the Washington State Attorney General’s Office. There, in the Complex Litigation Unit, she worked on landmark cases protecting consumer rights — including the historic $25 billion multi-state mortgage settlement. That experience, combined with her earlier leadership in the mortgage industry, gave Jennifer a clear vision: the legal sector needed faster, smarter, and more trustworthy support services. Prestige Inc. was her answer.

Under Jennifer’s leadership, Prestige has helped deliver over $500 million in mass tort victim settlements in less than three years — an achievement that speaks to both operational excellence and a deep commitment to justice.
